RESEARCH PROJECTS

System for examining filter durability and quality

Due to our close relations with leading automatic appliances suppliers and producers, we offer tailor-made systems, fit for every customer, basing on his unique needs. Furthermore, we keep up the headway in the technology, which enables us to constantly improve our water treatment systems. Proeko conducts a number of research projects. One of our systems for examining the durability and quality of the water filters offers the examination of water hammer strength of up to 100 thousand cycles and breaking strength of up to 110 bar.

Basic system characteristics:

  • constant 24 hour operation - possibility to fix the pressure in cycles 1-11 bar

  • examination temperature 15-99o C water hammer: possibility to heat city water to 98o C, breaking strength: water hammer: possibility to heat city water to 98o C by the pressure 1- 100 bar

  • electronic temperature control

  • cycle measurement, possibility to adjust the cycle time from 0,1 sec. to 10 min.

  • pressure gauges by water hammer strength examination: 0-11 bar

  • automatic safety stop

  • breaking strength examination - max. pressure 110 bar

  • pressure is increased gradually, by every 10 bar, till 100 bar.

  • TESTING system with efficiency 150 to 1500 l/h

    TESTING system with efficiency 150 to 1500 l/h :

    • Efficiency for dissolved solids concentration TDS = 2 000 mg/l in temperature 15oC : - permeatu - 150 l/h by 50 % conversion - concentrate - 150-200 l/h by 50 % conversion - feed water - 150-1500 l/h przy 50 % conversion

    • Working pressure - 2,0 to 12,0 bar

    • Typical bursting pressure - 110 bar

    • High pressure pipes - D = 3/4 aluminum reinforced polypropylene

    • Pump - vertical, made of stainless steel

    • Engine - power supply: 380 V, 50 Hz

    • Frame - steel, PVC front plate

    • Dimensions - H 150 x 100 x 90 (cm) - may be changed

    • Weight - 250 kg (with frame)

    • In/out connections - feed water - d = 3/4 - circulating water - d = 3/4 - concentrate - d = 3/4
